At Walter Bennett, I take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every bag I create. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, I’m here to help.
Returns

Timeframe:
You have 14 days from the date you receive your bag to initiate a return. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, I can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Cancellations are valid within 24 hours of ordering. -
Condition:
To be eligible for a return, your bag must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. -
Process:
To start a return, please email me at walter@walter-bennett.com with your order number and a brief explanation of why you’d like to return the item. I will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your return. - Return Fees: If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
Refunds

Inspection:
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. -
Processing:
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items:
I only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email me at walter@walter-bennett.com and I will assist you with the exchange process.
Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
